Shipping

 

Once an order has been placed, please allow for 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed for shipping.

 

We only ship within Canada for the time being.

 

Shipping rates are calculated at check out. For all orders above $35.00 (before tax) free shipping is provided with delivery time between 2 - 7 days. If you need your package earlier, we offer express shipping at the shipping provider’s rates.


Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ : 2 -7 day shipping

Canada Post Xpresspost™ : 1 - 2 day shipping

 

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processed. If you made a mistake or need to make modifications to the shipping address, please email us immediately at info@planetebags.ca and we will do our best to accommodate the change as long as the order has not been shipped out.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

 Planet E will accept returns for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Items must be sent back within 35 days original order date and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

 

If you have a return, please visit our Return Portal to begin the return process. All claims are individually assessed and approved returns are refunded back to the original method of payment.

 

*We do not accept returns on reusable face masks for health and safety reasons.

 

 

All returns must be addressed to PLANET E RETURNS – 4600 Chemin du Bois-Franc, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada H4S 1A7 

 

We can only issue refunds for orders placed on our website. If you purchased your product from a retail store or website other than www.planetebags.ca, please direct any claims to your original place of purchase.

 

If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, please email our customer service info@planetebags.ca and provide us with the original order number and a brief description of the issue. We will get back to you within a timely manner to help resolve your claim.
